You can easily make a reservation on our website in just three steps. If you prefer, you may also contact us via WhatsApp or email and complete your reservation together with our team.
Yes. To confirm your reservation, a 20% prepayment of the total rental
amount is required. The remaining balance can be paid either in advance
or at the time of vehicle pickup.
The full rental amount is accepted in cash only: Euro, US Dollar,
or Georgian Lari.
Vehicles can be picked up and returned on any day and at any time from the city centers or airports of Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi.
If your driving license is issued in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet,
an International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required.
For licenses issued in other alphabets, an IDP is mandatory and must
be presented together with your original driving license.
Unfortunately, driving outside of Georgia is not permitted with our rental vehicles.
We love animals; however, for the hygiene and health of all our guests, pets are not allowed in our vehicles. Thank you for your understanding.
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days in advance,
your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental date will receive
a personal travel credit equal to the deposit amount.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date,
the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Yes, this is possible. However, to clearly explain all vehicle details
and ensure safer driving conditions, we strongly recommend vehicle
pickup during daylight hours.
For late-night arrivals, we suggest going to your hotel first and
picking up the vehicle the following day.
Yes. A 200 € cash security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
The deposit is refunded immediately and in cash once the vehicle is returned
undamaged, complete, and with the correct fuel level.
The deposit serves as security for traffic fines, missing fuel,
minor damages, or missing equipment.
